One of the new topics I decided to post about is recipes. I love finding new recipes on other blogs for my family to enjoy , so I decided to post recipes that my family enjoys on my blog. So, here's a recipe for Garlic Oregano Zucchini.
This recipe is quick and easy to make and only has 6 ingredients.
You need to mince the garlic and slice the zucchini.
In a large skillet, cook and stir the garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Garlic always smells so good while it's cooking!
Add the zucchini, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 4-6 minutes or until the zucchini is crisp-tender.
Here's the cooked zucchini, ready to be served.
