Bright Washes Bright Wishes Purex Detergent Review and Giveaway

Purex and Make-A-Wish have teamed up to bring bright wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. This is really dear to my heart because my family has known 3 kids who have had cancer - a one year old, and two 14 year olds. Kids say wishes give them renewed strength to fight their illnesses, and their parents say these experiences help strengthen the entire family. So, here is what Purex is going to do:
Purex will pay $.05 to Make-A-Wish for the first 4 million bottles of 75oz+ liquid detergent sold from February 1 – February 28, 2014, and will increase the payment to $.10 for every bottle above 4 million, with a minimum guarantee of $200,000 up to a maximum of $300,000. Purex will pay $.08 to Make-A-Wish for the first 620,000 bottles Classic and Ultra Lines in Mountain Breeze and Lavender fabric softeners sold from February 1 – February 28, 2014, and will increase the payment to $.10 for every bottle above 620,000, with a minimum guarantee of $50,000 up to a maximum of $100,000. What a terrific thing to do to help some very special children. For more information, you can go to Make-A-Wish. You can also visit the Purex campaign website.

As a Purex Insider, I was sent a coupon to try Purex Mountain Breeze Detergent. However, all of the opinions expressed here are my own. This is a new liquid detergent with dirt lift action. This detergent penetrates deep down into fabric fibers, removing ground-in dirt and stains. Purex liquid detergent is specially formulated with stain fighting actives, and is available in several scents, so your clothes are always clean and fresh! If you want to learn more about Purex Mountain Breeze Detergent, please visit the Purex website.

I tried the Purex Mountain Breeze Detergent this past Monday in our laundry. Since my 2 sons and I have allergies, environmental and skin, I'm always wary about trying a new laundry detergent. I wasn't sure what it would smell like, but it has a nice light, fresh scent that's not overpowering. I only tried this on our towels for this time just to see what we all thought. Well, the towels came out smelling really nice, and no one is allergic to it! I also had a table runner in that load of laundry that I needed to hang up to dry. When I took it down to put it away, it smelled really nice and clean. I will definitely try this detergent on the rest of our laundry in the future.

I have been given 2 coupons for a free bottle of new Purex Mountain Breeze Detergent to give away to 2 of you. All you have to do is fill out the Rafflecopter form below, fill out one option or as many as you want. The giveaway ends at 12:01 a.m. eastern time on 02/13/14.
